PAYMENTS
Deposits are paid at time of booking and all balances are paid in in full prior to all sessions via invoice payment links or at the beginning of each session. Partial deposits can made for larger bundle packages and the balance is due at the beginning of the first session. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

SCHEDULING
All appointment scheduling is handled through our website using our online booking system. For Maternity shoots we suggest sessions occur between 29-35 weeks of pregnancy. For Newborns we suggest photographing within the first ten days of birth. Newborn appointments can be booked six months in advance and should be confirmed BEFORE delivery or WITHIN 24-48 hours of giving birth.

RESCHEDULING
All appointments can be rescheduled on our website via our online booking system. You can reschedule your appointment 14 days prior to your session date without any penalties. After this time, you will incur a $50 charge per session re-booked. If you are unable to attend your booked session, you will forfeit your deposit.

CANCELLATION
$100 deposit is required, for MOST packages, to secure your booking. The deposit amount is listed within each bundle. Deposit is deducted from the chosen package and is only refundable 14 days before the booked session date. It is non-refundable after this date. Head shot shoots are NOT refundable.

ORDERING
Clients can schedule ordering appointments to choose Ad On products at our studio. We can schedule appointments as early as 5-7 days after your session. We will review all images with you and show you product options. Note that ordering appointments are only scheduled for clients with fully paid sessions.

IMAGES
Images available to clients are high resolution jpeg files. For large wall prints, we suggest ordering from our studio to guarantee quality. At no time are RAW images included in any package.

CLOTHING
Clothing is available for Maternity and Newborns.  For Newborns, we have an endless supply of blankets, headbands, tieback, knits and props so you don’t need to bring anything. For Maternity, our studio has a small collection of gowns to use. Limited neutral clothing options are available for children. Please schedule a call back to discuss what is available. You are welcome to change clothes during session.

BACKGROUND
Our studio has a variety of backgrounds/ backdrops to choose from.

HAIR AND MAKEUP
Hair and makeup service is currently NOT offered.

SOCIAL MEDIA
Abantu Village Baby is very active on Social Media, however,  we respect your privacy. Sneak peaks are available after sessions and we will always ask if you would like images posted on Social Media at the time of booking.
